Meet Crystal Kuan, COO, at TIS with a passion for education and public health. A local Macanese, who moved to Canada at a young age and came back to Macau to build a life with her children and husband in her hometown and to bring a difference experience and view to the city. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare management and consulting in North America, she has honed her skills in seeing opportunities and niches by combining different fields and sectors. Her passion for education and her interdisciplinary background in health informatics and public health have allowed her to develop a fresh approach to school management that focuses on innovation and collaboration. She believes education is one of the best forms of preventive medicine and by fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and lifelong learning in students, she hopes to create a healthier society.

關慧詩目前擔任澳門國際學校校務總監，對教育和公共衛生充滿熱情。她是澳門本地人，年輕時移民加拿大，後來帶著丈夫和孩子回到故鄉中國澳門，希望為這座城市帶來新的經驗和觀點。關慧詩在北美擁有超過15年的醫療管理和商業顧問經驗，她擅長發掘不同領域和部門之間的機遇和合作。
